This is a really serious cava which is suitable for cellaring. Complex nose with herbs and rich, toasted bakery aromas followed by notes of brandy, probably due to its dosage, sourced from very old ‘soleras’ owned by the family. A powerful, full-bodied wine with a creamy feeling and hazelnut praline nuances. Opulent and with vibrant acidity leading to a long finish. It was aged fro 115 months. 17.5 points
