Mixing white and red grapes is proving to be a very effective technique to obtain those pale coloured rosé wines which are gaining ground in Spain. Light salmon colour. Slightly fizzy on the nose, with sunflowers seed aromas adding complexity. Fresh acidity on the palate with red fruit and some chalky notes on the finish make it consistent. This could develop nicely for a couple of years. 16.0 points
