Grapes are sourced from the highest, poorest areas; the wine is fermented in open casks and aged for a few months. Medium ruby colour with purple rim. Clean, scented nose with nicely ripe red fruit, spicy, candy aromas and herbs (chamomile). Laguardia’s crunchy red fruit at its best with bright acidity. Youth and freshness are its greatest virtues. 16.5 points
