Another amazing expression of an old, ungrafted plot in Taganana, in the northwest of Tenerife using whole-bunch fermentation. This is a lush, fresh red with a marked Atlantic character, eucalyptus aromas and earthy notes from Tenerife’s volcanic soils. Really evocative, combining intensity, balance and length. A unique, wonderful expression of what the Canary Islands can offer to the wine world. As is the case with its white counterpart Parcela Amogoje, the price is perfectly affordable. 17.5 points
