Envínate’s Ribeira Sacra entry-level red comes from 12 different plots scattered around the Amandi, Ribeiras do Sil and Bibei sub zones. The wine undergoes whole-bunch fermentation with varying percentages of stems depending on vintage variations and ripening levels in each plot. Medium to light purple colour. Fresh, fruit-driven nose with lots of Atlantic character (forest, resin). Vibrant, citrus acidity and a balanced, long-lasting finish. 16.0 points
