An extremely expensive and rare wine with a limited production of 300 bottles. It comes from Valdegatiles, an ungrafted, very old vineyard which Bertrand Sourdais already worked with when he worked as winemaker at Dominio de Atauta. It was slightly closed and reduced , so it should benefit from additional time in bottle. Deep and earthy, with dark fruit notes. Tannins need to soften. Very distinctive and full of character but it is hard to know when it is the right time to open the bottle. 93 points
