This wine has been produced since the 2003 vintage. It captures the essence of one of the oldest, ungrafted plots in Rías Baixas. It is fermented and aged for 12 months in a 2,220-litre foudre where it undergoes malolactic fermentation. There’s a floral, delicate character followed by citrus fruit and a deeply mineral, saline palate and a long finish. Good concentration and great balance between the sweetness of the fruit and the acidity. 93 points
