This is a wine to store away for a few years (2010 is gorgeous now). It comes from very old pre-phylloxera vineyards, all of them owned by the winery. Yellow gold colour. Smoky aromas are followed by candied lemon fruit and fine herbs. Full-bodied, it really manages to fill the palate (even if 2013 was a cool, rainy vintage). Deep, unctuous, great stuff. 93 points
