Up to 60% of the grapes are sourced from very old vines (pre-phylloxera and/or ungrafted) while the rest comes from young, trellised vineyards. The nose, displaying white fruit aromas and lees character, differs from the tropical, herbaceous Verdejo styles you may be familiar with.
