Up to 60% of the grapes are sourced from very old vines (pre-phylloxera and/or ungrafted) while the rest comes from young, trellised vineyards. The nose, displaying white fruit aromas and lees character, differs from the tropical, herbaceous Verdejo styles you may be familiar with. Verdejo wines from Segovia tend to have volume and weight on the palate. Good value. 16.0 points
