A third of this wine has been aged in tinajas (terracotta vessels). Floral and forest fruits notes are followed by roastbeef and shoe polish aromas. Really vibrant and well-defined palate with clean fruit. No doubt acidity and persistence are the result of high altitude vines which stand as the winery’s most distinctive feature. 91 points
