A very unusual blend in Spain which is made possible by the less strict rules within the VT Castilla y León category. Yellow greenish colour. Fresh nose with apple, stone fruit, fennel and some grapey aromas. This is a well-structured, persistent white wine with sweet fruit and some smoked notes from the barrel. I always feel it tastes better after some months in bottle, so no need to hurry up. 91 points
