This is a singular sweet wine. The grapes undergo fermentation until yeasts can work, so the outcome can vary notably form one vintage to another. Sweetness was really moderate in 2013, so this is an interesting choice to pair with cheeses and spicy food. Volume and glycerin are the most distinctive features together with the expected herb notes and Muscat's grapey character. A really different treat. 91 points
