Following their lovely sparkling rosé De Nit, here comes Blanc de Noirs, a blend of red and white grapes. The wine comes from the estate’s highest plot with distinctive stony soils. Yellow color with a light pink hue. Fine nose with brioche, citrus fruit and even a briny touch. This is an intense, nicely-structured sparkling wine where acidity and bitterness are well balanced; it finishes with toasty and earthy notes; a cava with personality and capable of developing further after some cellaring 17.0 points
