This extremely old Amontillado aged for 50 years in the solera system (2015 is the date when it was drawn out of the cask) shows extreme levels of concentration. The kind of rare, unique wine you hardly have the opportunity to taste. Dark mahogany color with a complex nose with vanilla, old wood, sweet spices (cinnamon, curry) and almost brandy-like nutty aromas. Very powerful, intense palate with bitter flavours (green hazelnuts), but with lively acidity and an amazingly long finish. 95 points
