Despite Garnacha being the most widely grown variety in Gredos, it’s worth exploring some of the rare whites made with indigenous Albillo grapes. Floral nose with citrus zest and very discreet oak. Medium-bodied with good volume and a distinctive unctuous texture, lively and briny, almost salty. Lovely experience for its price. 91 points
