Deep ruby colour. Black fruit jam (plum, blackberry) aromas in a more concentrated style than other Garnacha reds in Viña Zorzal range. The 2012 vintage also shows more ripeness compared to the vibrant, fresh 2013, yet this a solid red with some marked tannins that will polish with time. 90 points
