Cherry colour with purple hue. Black and red fruits nicely ripened. I like the way stems work in this red. There's a beautiful herbaceous touch that adds complexity and freshness, and yet the wine is supple and captivating. Ricardo Palacios succeeds at extracting just the brighter side of mencía. 93 points
