Floral and rather herbaceous, this had just been bottled when I tasted it. The use of stems in the fermentation was quite noticeable and brought forward a rustic edge. The palate was good, though: small berries backed by supple tannins; pleasant to drink. It will probably improve over the next few months. 87 points
