This unusual sweet Merlot (with barely 60 gr. sugar/litre) is made with bunches that have been sun-dried for two to three days. As it is not part of any of the DO Málaga categories, it is sold as a generic table wine and is named after the producers’ godson. According to them, 2013 was a lighter vintage with less acidity. Medium ruby colour. Delicate nose with forest berries and jammy aromas followed by a tasty, fine palate with balance and good acidity. 16.5 points
