This vintage displays a very light colour which proves how little the producer interferes in this particular matter, since colour intensity depends exclusively on skin contact times that can vary slightly from one year to another. This 2014 is very pale with mellow, subtle almond blossom and stone fruit aromas. The Romé variety provides juiciness and acidity to this well-defined wine, which finishes with a pleasant bitter note and distinctive minerality (stones). A really different rosé. 16.0 points
