In this dry version of Muscat od Alexandria the focus lies on the work with the lees and bâtonnage. The wine is aged for about eight months in stainless steel vats. Pale colour. Fresh, lively grapefruit aromas nuanced by other fruits (tangerine, lemon zest, passion fruit), herbs and floral notes. Very distinctive and well-made, there’s a fine grapefruit bitterness on the palate. A very dry, mineral finish (dry stones) adds lots of character. A really different and appealing white wine. 16.5 points
