This red wine comes from four different plots with vines ranging from 50 to 100 years old. Floral (rose petals) and fruity (fresh fruit, pomegranate) aromas backed by a spicy background. This is a medium-bodied, savoury red displaying lots of juiciness and a lively acidity that leaves flavours lingering on the palate. It lacks the earthy note of the entry-level red Lalama but feels really fine and distinctive. 93 points
