Light to medium ruby colour. This is a rather unusual blend of indigenous Hondarrabi Zuri grapes and foreign Pinot Noir with completely different ripening cycles (long for the local variety; short for Pinot). It displays a wild and earthy character with forest fruits aromas. This is a light to medium-bodied red, with grippy tannins, but it's a good effort and well made. 87 points
