Pale greenish colour. Pineapple, herbs, wild berries and bramble aromas. It displays a persistent citrus palate with high acidity, but it’s deeper and more consistent than the standard young Txakoli -as you’d expect from a wine intended to develop in bottle. 2013 was a cool vintage so it may take some time for the wine to open up. 88 points
