This is a Txakoli intended to develop in bottle. Golden colour. Complex nose with lots of herbs and white fruits notes and a distinctive saline edge. Deep and unctuous yet fresh and lively, which confirms that it takes some three years for this wine to express itself. Long finish with salty notes. 16.0 points
