This is completely different form the rest of Garnachas made by Canopy as these vines are planted on schist soils in Cebreros, a village located in Ávila (Castilla y León). This warm soil clearly marks the style: kirsch, liquor and ink aromas with clearly noticeable high alcohol levels. Powerful and warm middle-palate with plenty of fruit that manages to bounce back; intriguing dry stones on the finish. Interesting but it may not please everyone. 91 points
