This wine ferments with whole bunches but the amount of stems will probably be reduced in upcoming vintages. Not a bad idea since this winemaking practice tinges its texture. Medium ruby colour. Earthy and mineral notes with very ripe fruit (kirsch) and pronounced oak notes. Slighty chunky on the finish. 15.5 points
