This is quite an unusual wine: a bottle with a straightjacket meant to go hand in hand with its name (“loco”means crazy). The content will not disappoint: old white Garnacha from Camarena (Toledo) mixed with other varieties or selected among red grape vines. Half of the wine is aged with its lees in stainless steel tanks, the other half in wood. Complex nose with petrol, white fruit and citric nuances. There’s a lovely unctuousness and salinity on the palate with almond notes on the finish. 16.5 points
