Bright ruby color. The wine's tertiary nuances (ink, spices) happily fail to overshadow the fragrant, bright red fruit (cherry) aromas. This is an elegant, medium-bodied red, with a well-defined palate and plenty of potential; some noticeable tannins now as you’d expect from a wine meant to be cellared and enjoyed for as long as 15 years. 93 points
