Golden color. Fine, complex nose with some reduction at the beginning, then with lovely toasted nuances. The wine's great acidity makes it feel bright and youthful. Dried fruit nuances (almonds and nuts) on the palate and lots of glycerin that create a distinctive unctuousness. This is an elegant, really different white displaying a long salty finish that almost takes you to Sherry country. Totally unique and inexpensive considering its complexity and slow, laborious winemaking style. 17.0 points
