Grapes come from a single vineyard located in the village of Haro. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel deposits but 50% is aged in oak barrels for five months; the rest remains in contact with the lees in concrete vats. Greenish colour. Interesting nose with white fruit, lime and some buttery aromas; herbaceous on the background. This is an unctuous and nicely textured white, with marked lemony notes (citronella) and very subtle oak. 90 points
