A new approach to white wines in Rioja from young producer Roberto Oliván who searches neutrality and forgoes aroma to focus instead on the palate, marked by high acidity and a mineral character. The wine ferments slowly in oak for about five months. It will benefit from a few months extra cellaring. Just over 1,000 bottles were produced. 88 points
