Muga's modern approach to winemaking, Torre Muga's production reaches 20,000 to 40,000 bottles. This is a deep purple colour red displaying black fruit jam, roasted pepper and inky aromas with some mineral notes on the background. Fruit-driven, almost explosive on the palate, it shows bright acidity and well wrapped-up tannins. Concentrated and balanced, this is great candidate for cellaring. It will be released on September --if you want to open a bottle that early, decanting is advisable. 17.5 points
