Rosé Priorat anyone? Cellers Scala Dei has just released this wine from 25-35 year-old Garnacha vines planted high up on the Montsant mountain on red clay soils. Fine rose petals, candy and crisp red fruit aromas. Savoury on the palate as you would expect from Garnacha, this is a fresh, unctuous rosé finishing with some pleasant bitterness. Only 2,000 bottles produced. 16.0 points
