Cherry with a garnet rim. Intense, deep, mineral, well defined fruit (ink, black cherry, kirsch). There's tension on the palate, a delicate earthy touch, firm and well integrated tannins and an intriguing bitterness (cherries) at the end. Great vintage. 93 points
