Purplish garnet in colour, this wine has aromas of red meat, flowers (violet) and forest berries. Flavoursome and juicy on the palate, the tannins are fairly prominent, yet it has a delicate finish. Overall quite impressive, although would benefit from ageing in the bottle. 16.5 points
