Produced using a wide combination of local varieties plus cask-fermented Chardonnay. This is a complex cava, with smooth toasted (breadmaking) and aniseed-flavoured notes. It features an interesting tension on the palate with a persistent hint of bitterness that is also cleansing. 16.0 points
