Pinkish salmon colour. Fresh herbs, lees, wild berries, rose petal and cream aromas. Bright citrus acidity on the palate together with a distinctive unctuousness and discreet wood. This is a fine and subtle rosé with great versatility to pair with food. It would be fun to taste it in a black glass. 16.5 points
