Pale gold colour. Complex nose featuring ripe, well-defined white fruit and fennel over a balsamic base with candied citrus fruits. Good body, with a slippery texture, citrus character, good tension and persistent finish on the palate. It shies away from the usual sweet fruit aromas found locally. 91 points
