Pale greenish straw colour. Complex and intense herbal te aromas (camomile, lemon grass), toasty lees nuances (although aging has taken place in stainless steel rather than oak) and Russet apples. It shows structure on the palate with toasty notes (sunflower seeds), good acidity and citrus character on the finish. This is a distinctive white wine with good volume that will benefit from two or three years' cellaring. 93 points
