This is a new release to mark 106 years of making Reservas at Bodegas Bilbaínas using a high quality vintage like 2010. Deep ruby colour. The nose shows a lovely Rioja character, with red and black fruits (blackberries), fine toasted notes, spices and a minty, complex background. Medium-bodied yet it has weight on the middle palate and is well balanced. It can be enjoyed now but it will keep well for at least a decade. 91 points
