Medium straw colour. White fruit (pear) and citrus (grapefruit) aromas, hazelnuts, bakery, smoked nuances. Broad when entering the palate, it turns acidic and lively, finishing with a clean aftertaste. This would pair very well with sushi. 15.5 points
