Deep straw colour with hardly any pink traces, even less than some blanc de noirs. Fresh nose with bakery (yeasty) notes and some exotic brewing herbs. Ample, with citrus notes, lively acidity and a sophisticated touch both inside and outside thanks to its suggestive packaging). A very intersting Cava although I would like it to have an extra shade of pink to be more clearly rosé. 16.5 points
