I tasted this Cava with 108 months of aging. It comes from two vineyards planted in the early 50s. Deep straw with greenish hues. Really elegant on the nose with lemon zest and citrus aromas, honeyed and floral notes and herbal infusions. This is a fine cava that really stands out on the palate offering an explosion of aromatic herbs and exhibiting well-integrated bubbles. 2004 was a rainy vintage, nevertheless the outcome is impressive. No doubt this is an outstanding vintage for the brand. 18.0 points
