The news is that starting from this vintage the Brut de Brut will come from a single vineyard. Deep and bright straw colour with a greenish hue. It shows marked autolysis (brioche) and fresh fennel on the nose. Broader and creamier that usual, bubbles are perfectly integrated. This is a satisfying and persistent cava with a striking finish. 93 points
