Mists form the Ebro river help to develop some botrytis in bunches that are harvested in late January. This is a naturally sweet wine with over 100 grs. of residual sugar. Amber ruby colour. Kirsch aromas. Good intensity on the palate, with toasted stem-like nuances and dried fruit notes. It feels pure, balanced, persistent and show a touch of finesse. A really exotic wine inspired by the ancient Rioja "supurados" which used to be made from grapes laid down to dry in the attics of people's homes 91 points
