Medium to light ruby colour. Well-ripened fruit, roasted skins, sweet spices (cinnamon). Juicy and opulent on the palate, it really portraits this grape variety at its best. This is a medium-bodied, balanced red (you wouldn't tell its high alcohol level) that even succeeds at showing a fresh edge. Lovely texture. It finishes with orange zest and chocolate nuances. A truly hedonistic sip. 16.5 points
