Another wine from old vines, but unlike Perpetual, it has an aerial, fragrant expression. It comes from a 30% sloped vineyard owned by Torres of just under two hectares on the Mas de la Rosa site. The wine was fermented with 30% full clusters and aged in a 1,000-litre foudre. It has generous aromas of mint and spices. Complex, very aromatic and persistent, it develops an earthy aftertaste that does not compromise its ethereal character. 17.5 points
