Quíbia 2023 Blanco

The 2022 vintage has been given a new twist, using only the local grape varieties Premsal Blanc and Giró Ros. It seems to capture the Mallorcan spirit better now, with a salty background, white fruit and wet stone aromas. It has certainly gained in complexity. On the palate it is broad and savoury, fresher than you might expect in 2023. Pair with seafood, fish and sea views. 16.5 points
