The rosé category takes on greater importance and prestige with wines such as this, inspired by Rioja's ageing tradition but incorporating Finca Allende's contemporary twist. A genuinely food-friendly rosé, thanks to the roundness of the oak (it has spent 30 months in seasoned 500-litre French oak barrels), in harmony with the red fruit aromas and a remarkable sapidity that invites you to keep drinking. And it has at least three to four years to develop further in the bottle. 93 points
